2. Reimbursement / Reward Eligibility

- Users must submit the required form along with valid proof of task completion within the specified timeline.
- The final reward amount is calculated based on the campaign terms, including any applicable platform fees.
- Payments are credited to the user’s registered UPI ID or bank account after verification.
- Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after successful verification.
3. Order Cancellation
- Users may cancel participation in a campaign before reward processing begins.
- Once verification is completed and payment processing has started, cancellations may not be permitted.
- Cancelled slots may be reassigned to other users.
4. Product Returns
- All product purchases are made directly through third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Flipkart.
- Returns, replacements, or reimbursements for products must be handled directly with the respective platform.
- If a product is returned, the related campaign may become ineligible for reimbursement or rewards.
5. Campaign Compliance
- Users must comply with all campaign guidelines and submission requirements.
- Incomplete, invalid, or misleading submissions may result in rejection of rewards.
- The platform reserves the right to review and validate all submissions to ensure compliance.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding rewards, campaign status, or payments should be submitted via the Contact page.
- Our team will review and respond within 5–10 business days.
- Decisions made after review are considered final.
7. Payment Methods
- Rewards are processed via UPI or bank transfer based on user-provided details.
- The platform does not collect payments for product purchases; all purchases occur on external platforms.
- ShopFluencer facilitates reward distribution as part of promotional campaigns.
8. Reward Points
- Users may earn reward points for completing campaigns and maintaining good participation history.
- Points may be redeemed for future benefits as per platform rules.
- Points have no standalone monetary value and are non-transferable.
